For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
